A Stress Reducing, Immune Boosting Virtual Workshop Series

My WHY for creating this series is to help recalibrate our nervous systems during this extremely unsettling time.

This isn’t about not feeling feelings and emotions, but rather, about helping to MANAGE the stress, fear and anxiety we may be experiencing – so that we can function and best show up for our families and the communities we have to serve during this unprecedented time.

During this weeklong series you’ll receive easy to implement, practical tools to RELAX your mind, soften your heart, boost your immunity and help you center and ground.

 

We’ll gather daily via Facebook LIVE in our private FB group, and together, we’ll take empowered action towards our health and wellbeing, and that of our family and extended communities.

The Day-by-Day Flow:

  • Day 1: Accept

    Learn to befriend your fears, and cultivate acceptance to become more empowered in this present moment.
  • Day 2: Pause

    Learn nature-based meditation and self-care practices to release layers of anxiety, and feel a deeper sense of calm.
  • Day 3: Breathe

    Learn stress relieving breathing techniques to release the "monkey mind chatter" and cultivate inner peace.
  • Day 4: Move

    Learn mindful movement and lymph clearing practices to boost immunity and release stuck tension in the body.
  • Day 5: Cleanse

    Learn healthy eating and detox tips for gut health - where 75% of immune function lives.

    You'll also receive and oldie but goodie program of mine - the Reboot Your Bod Cleanse, a beautiful 22 pg. ebook filled with delicious healthy recipes.
  • Day 6: Heal

    Learn to make basic DIY herbal remedies (with items you most likely have in your pantry) to radically boost your wellness.
  • Day 7: Create

    Learn creative, uplifting practices and rituals for relieving stress and cultivating more JOY.

FAQ’s

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERIES COST?

I’m charging a minimal fee of $47 for the course – and as my GREATEST intention for the offering is to share these helpful tools with as many folks as possible, NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS (email info@strongbodylove.com if the fee is not within your means and we’ll add you to our community.)

* I will also be donating a portion of the proceeds from the course to my mother, a substitute teacher who’s now out of work, and to the nonprofit Feeding America.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SERIES?

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with the link to our Private FB group – as well as the 22 page Reboot Your Bod Cleanse ebook, with healthy recipes and detox tips to boost your immunity. You’ll also receive access to all of the 7 mini workshop videos in our FB group (delivered daily via FB Live).

WHERE AND WHEN WILL WE MEET?

Starting on Friday, March 27th, we’ll meet daily at 12 noon via Facebook LIVE in our Get Your Calm On private FB group (EXCEPT on Wed 4/1 when we’ll meet at 1pm PST). Classes will be roughly 30 min. long, and recordings will be accessible in the group indefinitely for your convenience. If you’re registering after 3/27, you’ll still have access to all recordings in our private group so you won’t miss a thing.

I HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS DURING THE COURSE. WILL I MISS ANYTHING?

While we’d love for you to attend LIVE, we know that’s not possible for everyone – especially for those of your working or homeschooling. Each of the seven modules will be recorded and easy to access in our private FB group so that you can go at your own pace if needed.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PLAN TO SPEND ON THE COURSE?

Roughly 30 min. per day, so you’ll most likely be able to create this space! Take as long as you wish for any additional journaling, practicing and creation.

DO I NEED ANY EXTRA MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT?

Just your wifi connection, computer or phone, journal and pen, and your willingness to learn new, helpful tools.
